Sequoia is a logistics company with a technology-based service and is the leader in the Brazilian e-commerce market among private companies considering the number of deliveries made. The Company offers comprehensive services in the transportation and logistics segment, focusing on express deliveries. Its own scalable technology platform allows Sequoia to become a logistics operator dedicated to offering customized and flexible solutions for each type of business and customer, providing operational efficiency and reliable service levels throughout every step of the delivery chain.

Regarding e-commerce express delivery solutions, the Company provides a full range of value-added transportation and logistics services, including last mile business-to-consumer (B2C) services; less-than-truckload (LTL) services, consisting of transportation services using partial vehicle capacity, and full-truckload (FTL) services, consisting of transportation services using full vehicle capacity; field services (deliveries with installation, exchange, and de-installation of portable equipment); and field services (deliveries with installation, exchange, and de-installation of portable equipment); and full-truckload (FTL), which are transportation services using the full capacity of the vehicle; field services (deliveries with installation, exchange and de-installation of portable equipment); and internal logistics (storage, handling, sorting, packing and shipping).

The Company’s business model, based on a simplified asset light structure, in which 97% of its vehicle fleet and structure are outsourced or rented, allows Sequoia to have operational flexibility, reducing the amount of capital expenditures required to conduct its operations.

B2C Transportation Services

The Company’s B2C transportation services include: (i) standard and express deliveries: delivery services provided to e-commerce platforms and direct sales to customers, for light (up to 30 kg) or heavy (above 30 kg) products; (ii) same-day deliveries: deliveries made within four hours in the metropolitan regions of the cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro; (iii) reverse logistics; and (iv) multisource deliveries and shipping of products from stores.

B2B Transportation Services

The Company’s B2B transportation services include: (i) FTL and LTL transportation services; (ii) preparing goods (wrapping, packaging and labeling); (iii) deliveries to stores, shopping centers and franchises; (iv) reverse logistics; and (v) field services. Sequoia is supported by an extensive network of commercial partners, aiming to efficiently deliver throughout Brazil.

Digital Products

The new digital products offered by the Company include: (i) SFx, a platform for e-commerce for small and medium sellers, in addition to large retailers shipping from store; (ii) Frenet, a digital freight solutions platform for the B2C market, by bringing the integration of the seller’s website with carriers, calculating freight, terms and automatically integrating over 300 freight solutions; and (iii) Sequoia PUDOs, pick-up and drop-off points (“PUDOs”) and logistics operation of delivery and return services through said points.

Logistics Services

The Company’s logistics services include: (i) fulfillment (operations from order receipt to delivery) and transshipment of goods; (ii) storage of high value-added goods; and (iii) high value-added services, including light assembly and installation, repair, maintenance and other services.
