Overview

We are a logistics company that employs the use of technology in its services, and a leader in Brazil among private companies, considering the number of deliveries made in the e-commerce market. We operate in the full spectrum of services in the transport and logistics segment, focusing on express delivery and reverse logistics solutions for e-commerce. We have developed a proprietary and scalable technological platform, which we believe is suitable to support the growth of the Brazilian e-commerce and logistics markets. This platform allows us to be a logistics operator with a lean asset structure, dedicated to offering highly personalized solutions for each type of business and customer, providing operational efficiency and reliable service levels at each stage of the delivery chain.

In addition, with regard to e-commerce express delivery solutions, we provide a full range of value-added transportation and logistics services, including services with last mile delivery to final consumers (business-to-consumer – B2C); fractional cargo services (LTL), which consist of transport services that use partial vehicle capacity; and full load services (FTL), which consist of transport services that use the vehicle’s full capacity; Field Services (deliveries with installation, exchange and uninstallation of portable equipment); and internal logistics (storage, handling, separation, packaging and shipping). Our business model, with a lean asset structure, in which 98% of our vehicle fleet and structure are outsourced, or rented, as the case may be, gives us operational flexibility, reducing the volume of capital expenditures needed to conduct our operations. We have also developed a proprietary and scalable technological platform, which aims to be prepared to support the growth of the Brazilian e-commerce and logistics markets. This platform allows us to be a logistics operator with a lean asset structure, dedicated to offering customized solutions for each type of business and customer, providing operational efficiency and reliable service levels at each stage of the delivery chain.

B2C Transport Services

Our B2C transportation services, include: (i) standard deliveries: delivery services provided to e-commerce platforms and direct sales to customers; (ii) express deliveries: deliveries made within 24 hours, through our main distribution center, located in the municipality of Embu das Artes, or the other 10 distribution centers of the Company; (iii) same-day deliveries: deliveries made within four hours to the metropolitan regions of the cities of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro; (iv) reverse logistics; and (v) deliveries from multiple origins and shipping products from stores.

The infrastructure of our B2C transport segment includes: (i) six hubs and 228 operational bases (23 leased bases operated directly and 205 outsourced bases) used in B2B and B2C transport services; (ii) 47 monitored vehicles dedicated to collection and transfer; and (iii) 4,468 outsourced vehicles dedicated to last mile delivery.

B2B Transport Services

Our B2B transport services, include: (i) FTL and LTL transport services; (ii) preparation of goods (packing, packaging and labeling); (iii) deliveries to stores, shopping centers and franchises; (iv) reverse logistics; and (v) Field Services. We have an extensive network of commercial partners in our B2B transport segment, aiming efficient deliveries throughout Brazil.

In B2B segments, and in FTL and LTL services, we operate with a focus on segments such as telecom, electronics, clothing and pharmaceuticals, which require shipments of high added value, aimed at Brazilian consumption and retail.

For the Field Services operation, we operate through our distribution centers, 9 leased operating bases and another 87 partner operating bases, located in the main Brazilian cities, with advanced storage capacity for inventories and spare parts.

With the acquisition of Transportadora Americana – TA, which took place on February 28, 2020, we expanded our B2B transport capacity, adding differentiated multimodal LTL services, thus strengthening our last mile operations with businesses that have relevant synergies with B2C transport and generation of omnichannel value for our retail customers, as these customers incorporate digital products and services, or increase their digital sales and communication channels.

The infrastructure of our B2B transport segment includes a fleet of autonomous (self-employed) drivers of 1,027 trucks and 1,215 outsourced vehicles dedicated to the last mile.

Logistics Services

Our logistics services, include: (i) fulfillment (operations since the receipt order up to delivery) and goods transshipment; (ii) storage of high value-added goods; and (iii) high added value services, including light assembly and installation, repairs, maintenance and other services.

In logistics, our main distribution center is located less than 20km from the center of São Paulo, in the municipality of Embu das Artes, and we directly operate another 10 distribution centers located in strategic regions for national and urban supply. Our distribution centers are fully automated, operating with storage technology completely integrated with our management systems.
