Mr. Armando is graduated in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in 1998. He holds a master’s degree in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in 2000, an executive MBA from Insper in 2006 and a postgraduate degree in supply chain and operations by MIT in 2010.

Before founding Sequoia, he worked as Natura’s customer service director, responsible for the distribution and operation process of the Distribution Centers, transportation and delivery, after-sales service and quality. His professional career was also marked by his role as director of operations and logistics at Submarino.com and, later, at B2W.

Before joining the Company in 2011, Mr. Bruno was part of the transportation team og group Hermes for 2 years. He was commercial manager at TexLog, a company specialized in logistics solutions for banks and express orders division manager at Logistech, company specialized in editorial logistics and utilities. He holds a undergraduate degree in advertising and market from Escola Superior de Publicidade e Marketing, a graduate degree in logistics from FAAP and an MBA in Global Marketing Management from FGV.

Dual citizen of Brazil and USA, Ian Andrade has approximately 25 years of experience in execution of complex business endeavors through his skills in Finance, M&A, Business Development and Change Management. Ian started his career at the Investment Banking LatAm teams of Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch in New York, USA. Based in Brazil since 2003, he has held several C-level positions within leading Brazilian corporates in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors, including hisleadership role in the restructuring of two publicly listed companies in Brazil: Gafisa S.A. (2020-2022) and Camargo Correa Desenvolvimento Imobiliário – CCDI (2011-2016). Ian holds a Bachelor’s Degree cum laude in Economics from Boston University (class of 1998).

Mr. Juliani has a solid background in logistics, operations and innovations. He has a degree in business administration from PUC-RJ, a postgraduate degree in Transport Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and extension courses from Harvard, Oxford and INSEAD. Over the last 17 years he has been CEO of the Move3 Group.
