Mr. Armando is graduated in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in 1998. He holds a master’s degree in production engineering from Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in 2000, an executive MBA from Insper in 2006 and a postgraduate degree in supply chain and operations by MIT in 2010.

Before founding Sequoia, he worked as Natura’s customer service director, responsible for the distribution and operation process of the Distribution Centers, transportation and delivery, after-sales service and quality. His professional career was also marked by his role as director of operations and logistics at Submarino.com and, later, at B2W.

Before joining the Company in 2011, Mr. Bruno was part of the transportation team og group Hermes for 2 years. He was commercial manager at TexLog, a company specialized in logistics solutions for banks and express orders division manager at Logistech, company specialized in editorial logistics and utilities. He holds a undergraduate degree in advertising and market from Escola Superior de Publicidade e Marketing, a graduate degree in logistics from FAAP and an MBA in Global Marketing Management from FGV.

Mrs. Diná holds an MBA in Business Management by FGV (2007), and in human resources by the same institution (2001). She undergraduated in 1997 at PUC Campinas in business administration . In 1993, she completed a technical course in business administration at Fundação Indaiatubana de Educação e Cultura.

She is the People & Management (G&G) manager at Sequoia since 2017. She worked in consulting companies between 2016 and 2017.

She was human resources manager at several companies, such as: Seara (2013-2016); Bunge Group (2010-2013), where she also developed coordination and business partner activities (2007-2012). She was supervisor (2003) and manager (2004 to 2006) at Transportadora Americana. Between 1996 and 2003, she worked at 3M do Brasil and, from 1993 to 1996 at Yanmar do Brasil.

Mr. Eric has Lean Six Sigma specialization from University of Toronto (2013), specialization in e-commerce/e-business management from University of Toronto (2013) and an undergrad degree in electrical engineering from Unicamp (2003).

Exercised management positions in logistics and correlated areas at Galeazzi Consultoria, at Sonda TI Brasil, B2W and PWC.

Fernando Stucchi Alegro Investor Relations and Financial Director (CFO) 8/2020 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting of 2022

Mr. Fernando has a degree in computer science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (2001) and a specialization in Financial Market from FIA-USP (2006).

Between 2018 and 2019, he was CFO of GJP Hotels & Resorts, a Brazilian hotel chain with a presence in several Brazilian states. Between 2016 and 2018, he was CFO of Tecnogera Geradores (invested by Patria Infra), a Brazilian company specializing in complete temporary solutions, which leases equipment in the power generation and temperature control sectors, including the implantation and operation of power plants. From 2013 to 2016, he was CFO of Bueno Netto Gestão Imobiliária Ltda, company specialized in the management and administration of real estate properties.

Mr. Luiz has a under grad degree in production engineering from Politécnica USP (1994) as well as a masters degree (2002), and MBA from INSPER (2012).

Was responsible for operations (logistics, production, IT and HR) at Zipster, a delivery services startup. Was a post-sales manager at Magazine Luiza. At Xiaomi, was the Brazilian head of operations (logistis, post-sales and client relationships) and, at Apple, was the logistics area leader (Apple Online Store, Apple Care, resellers, operators and retail).

Mr. Paulo graduated in business administration from Faculdade Paulista. He has a postgraduate degree in project management, from FGV, and in business logistics from INPG, in addition to the Six Sigma Black Belt course, from the Vanzolini Foundation.

Mr. Paulo was manager of planning, supply and customer service at JBS. He also held several management positions at Natura. He was a logistics manager at LBR Brasil and also work in this area at Sadia.
