Mr. Eduardo Gomes holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial – FEI, having been recognized as the top student of his class in 1997, and completed the Board Member Development Program (PDC) at Fundação Dom Cabral – FDC in 2025.
He serves as shareholder and board member of several companies, most notably Grupo Saceem S.A. – the largest construction and infrastructure group in Uruguay –, RCRambiental – Brazil’s leader in pre-consumer reverse logistics –, Costa Urbana Shopping, Rutas del Litoral, GVC (Grupo Via Central) and ARNET S.A., among others. He served as Vice-President of Corporate Services at Grupo Saceem from 2008 to 2025, during which he led the company’s transformation into a regional infrastructure group with revenues of USD 400 million per year and participation in 5 PPPs with a total capex of approximately USD 2 billion. He has been CEO of RCRambiental since 2009, where he led 18-fold growth over 18 years. He previously served as Director of New Business at Neocorp and Grupo Telsul, Deputy Director at Nextel do Brasil, and Senior Strategic Consultant at DiamondCluster International (now Oliver Wyman), with a focus on telecom and internet across Latin America.

Mr. Luiz Henrique has a degree in Business Administration from USP. He has more than 20 years of experience in business analysis, corporate finance, leadership in M&A processes, business development and capital allocation. He worked in consultancy for 10 years. After consulting, he worked in investment banking (oriented towards M&A). Over the last 10 years, he has worked as a business developer, investing more than R$1 billion in several private projects and also in public concessions.
